Sincerely George is operated by George Halfkenny, based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. We provide technology coaching, group build sessions, and educational resources primarily to clients in Canada and the United States.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you provide it to us:

  • Name and email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter, download a free guide, register for a class or webinar, or submit a contact form.
  • Phone number — optionally, when you provide it in a sign-up form.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a coaching session or program. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles PCI-compliant processing.
  • Scheduling data — when you book a session via Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email, and time-zone for scheduling purposes.
  • Usage data — with your consent, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors interact with the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the service you requested (free guide, class registration, session confirmation).
  • To send you relevant email communications via Brevo (our email service provider), including newsletters, course updates, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To respond to your support or contact requests.
  • To improve our website and marketing using aggregated, anonymized analytics data.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party tools to operate our business:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — email marketing and subscriber management. Data is stored on Brevo's servers (EU). See Brevo's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — database and backend infrastructure for storing subscriber records. Data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database.
  • Cal.com — session scheduling. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing. We share only the information required to complete a transaction. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Skool — community platform used for group programs. If you join a Skool community through us, Skool's own privacy policy governs that data.
  • Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity — website analytics, loaded only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP address, headers) as part of serving pages.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly. After unsubscribing, your data is removed from active marketing lists within 30 days. Session booking and payment records may be retained longer to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including:

  • Canada (CASL / PIPEDA) — the right to withdraw consent for commercial electronic messages, the right to access your personal information, and the right to request correction.
  • European Union (GDPR) — the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing.
  • United States — California (CCPA/CPRA) — the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data).
  • Mexico (LFPDPPP) — the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose (derechos ARCO) the processing of your personal data.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, Supabase Row Level Security, and Cloudflare DDoS protection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
